Why it exists
A practice loses hours a day to work that isn’t care: notes written after the last patient leaves, billing codes chosen from memory, follow-ups that depend on someone remembering to make the call. None of it is hard. All of it is constant, and all of it is where things fall through.
EtoAI was built to close that gap. It records the visit and returns a signable note, suggests the codes from the documentation that supports them, and queues the follow-up work the moment a note is signed — without anyone having to trigger it.
Where your data lives
EtoAI runs on Google Cloud under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Patient records sit on a private database that is not reachable from the public internet, every clinic’s data is isolated from every other clinic’s at the database level, and access is scoped by role and written to an audit log.
Your records are used to serve your practice and nothing else. They do not train our models, and they do not train anyone else’s.
It works with the EHR you already have
EtoAI connects over SMART on FHIR to pull patients, conditions, medications, and allergies into the vault. It is built to sit alongside your existing system rather than ask you to replace it.

Every control does something real
If a button isn't wired up yet, it says so. No simulated states, no demo-only flows dressed up as working features. A system that fakes small things can't be trusted with large ones.
